分析了目前酿酒技术专业人才培养模式的现状与存在的问题,结合酿酒技术人才培养的特点,通过对人才培养模式改革的意义、核心岗位的确定、课程体系的构建、理论教学、实践教学、实习、素质工程、教学资源整合、考核标准的设置等方面进行了探索和实践,提出了校企共建的基于工作岗位的酿酒技术专业人才培养模式。可通过此模式,促进学生综合实践能力和综合素质的提高。
This paper analyzes the current status and existing problems of the current training mode of brewing technology professionals.
