一、问题的提出 金河磷矿于60年代创建,在十年动乱时期建成马槽滩、岳家山两座年产50万吨的矿山,成为全国六大磷矿之一,是四川磷肥工业原料主要基地。1984年建成“六好企业”后面貌焕然一新。 然而,1985年突如其来的化肥滞销把矿山企业逼到了难以生存的地步,金河磷矿亦未能幸免。当时矿山内外交困、事故不断、人心浮动。 经历这场困难之后,如何办矿的问题尖锐地摆在我们面前,要求企业应有一个适应新形势的发展战略。 二、企业发展战略
