目的:提取野生白苏子中的挥发油,确定其挥发油中的组分,探讨其生物活性,为开发利用这一资源提供理论依据。方法:用水蒸气蒸馏法从白苏子中提取挥发油,用气相色谱-质谱联用技术对挥发油组分进行分离和结构确定,对白苏子挥发油进行抗氧化试验和抗菌试验。结果:从白苏子挥发油中鉴定出56个组分,占全油的92.77%,白苏子挥发油有明显地抗氧化活性和抗菌活性。结论:白苏子挥发油中主要以单萜和倍半萜为主,含量较高的组分是紫苏酮10.32%,异白苏烯酮9.73%,丁香烯7.69%,α-里哪醇6.32%,瓜菊酮5.28%等。白苏子挥发油对.OH有明显的清除作用,白苏子挥发油对实验菌株均有明显的抑制和灭活作用,特别是对金黄色葡萄球菌CMCC26112株和白色假丝酵母菌CMCC850216株的作用表现得更为显著。
OBJECTIVE: To extract the volatile oil from wild white cabbage and determine its constituents in the volatile oil, and to explore its biological activity, providing a theoretical basis for the development and utilization of this resource. Methods: Volatile oil was extracted by steam distillation from Pueraria lobata. Gas chromatography - mass spectrometry (GC-MS) was used to separate and determine the constituents of volatile oil. Antioxidant and antibacterial tests were conducted on the essential oil of Bai - Xie. Results: 56 components were identified from the essential oil of B.subtilis, accounting for 92.77% of the whole oil. The volatile oil of B.subtillae obviously antioxidant and antibacterial activity. CONCLUSION: The main volatile compounds of B.sinensis are mainly monoterpenes and sesquiterpenes. The higher contents of them are 10.32% for perilla, 9.73% for alprostadil, 7.69% for caryophyllene, and 6.32 for a-linalool %, Melon ketone 5.28% and so on. Essential oil of Pueraria lobata on the OH scavenging effect, the volatile oil of Pueraria Obsidian obvious inhibition and inactivation of the experimental strains, especially against Staphylococcus aureus CMCC26112 strain and Candida albicans CMCC850216 strain performance More obvious.
