花生新叶斑病无公害控制技术问世

受山东省科技厅委托,山东省教育厅日前组织专家,对青岛农业大学教授鄢洪海主持的山东省科技发展项目“花生新叶斑病灾变机制及无公害控制技术研究”课题进行了验收鉴定。鉴定专家认为,该课题整体达到同类研究的国际先进水平,在花生叶腐病病原学研究等方面达到国际领先水平。据了解,花生是我国主要经济作物和油料作物,年均总产1435万吨,单产、总产均居世界之首。然而,近年来,以花生网斑病、黑斑病和花生叶腐病为代表的新叶斑病灾害日益严重,造成花生减产在30%以上,成为亟待解决的问题。同时,虽然花生新叶斑病成为国内外研究人员的重要课题,但由于其复杂的发生规律以及花生安全、绿色无公害的生产要求,对于病害控制仍缺乏有效办法。鄢洪海带领课题组,经过三年的研究和试验,采用品种抗性鉴定与利用、病原菌致病性分化测定、抗病生理与遗传分析和层析分离纯化等方法,对花生 Commissioned by the Shandong Provincial Science and Technology Department, Shandong Provincial Department of Education recently organized experts on the Agricultural University of Qingdao Professor Yan Honghai hosted Shandong Province Science and Technology Development Project “peanut leaf spot disease catastrophe mechanism and pollution-free control technology ” project was accepted for identification .
