受山东省科技厅委托,山东省教育厅日前组织专家,对青岛农业大学教授鄢洪海主持的山东省科技发展项目“花生新叶斑病灾变机制及无公害控制技术研究”课题进行了验收鉴定。鉴定专家认为,该课题整体达到同类研究的国际先进水平,在花生叶腐病病原学研究等方面达到国际领先水平。据了解,花生是我国主要经济作物和油料作物,年均总产1435万吨,单产、总产均居世界之首。然而,近年来,以花生网斑病、黑斑病和花生叶腐病为代表的新叶斑病灾害日益严重,造成花生减产在30%以上,成为亟待解决的问题。同时,虽然花生新叶斑病成为国内外研究人员的重要课题,但由于其复杂的发生规律以及花生安全、绿色无公害的生产要求,对于病害控制仍缺乏有效办法。鄢洪海带领课题组,经过三年的研究和试验,采用品种抗性鉴定与利用、病原菌致病性分化测定、抗病生理与遗传分析和层析分离纯化等方法,对花生
