七、振荡器和谐振器 大部分振荡器可作为用频率滤波器作反馈元件的放大器,提供频率意义上的正反馈。但在构形如图30(a)所示的SAW振荡器(SAWO)中,反馈元件通常为一制作在温度稳定性较好的ST切石英(见表1)上的二端对延迟线或谐振器(见图6(b))。此器件原先是由Maines等人设计来帮助测量各种基片(如表1所列)的SAW延时温度系数的,后来则发展成为有用的单模振荡器结构,为实现频率fo时的振荡,应该满足下述条件:
