本文综述了心理治疗的临床研究方法,包括效果研究、量化和质化过程研究,以及过程-效果研究。提示将这些相辅相成的研究方法并重,有益于完善心理治疗技术规范的制定。
This article reviews the clinical research methods of psychotherapy, including effectiveness studies, quantitative and qualitative processes, and process-effectiveness studies. Prompted that these complementary research methods, both beneficial to the improvement of psychotherapy technical specifications.
