以初期凝固坯壳为研究对象,在结晶器内壁纵向划分沟槽,建立数学模型,计算划分沟槽与不划分沟槽结晶器内铸坯的温度场和应力场,研究沟槽内壁结晶器对铸坯初期凝固过程的影响.结果表明,沟槽内壁结晶器可显著改善铸坯传热,降低坯壳应力并使其均匀分布.
