海关总署17日对今年出台的2007年版《中华人民共和国进出口税则》进行了解读。与2006年版相比，新《税则》调整了1600个税号，占全部税号的20％以上，是近十年来我国进出口税则最大的一次调整。化工产品在这次调整中，充分体现出最大程度地与国际市场接轨。
