本文选取某型飞机辅助动力装置为研究对象,以有限元理论为基础,建立了其进气系统风门框的有限元模型,针对不同工况下的约束和载荷,分别考虑后机身严重工况和机体支持刚度下进气风门框受进气系统载荷的影响,对模型进行了静强度计算与分析,并得出结论。结果表明:进气系统风门框符合强度要求,从而为飞机辅助动力装置进气系统强度分析提供了参考。
In this paper, a certain type of aircraft auxiliary power unit is selected as the research object. Based on the finite element theory, a finite element model of the air intake system damper frame is established. Considering the constraints and loads under different operating conditions, And the influence of the air intake damper on the air intake frame under the support stiffness of the body, the static strength of the model is calculated and analyzed, and the conclusion is obtained. The results show that the intake system damper frame meets the strength requirements, which provides a reference for the strength analysis of the intake system of the aircraft auxiliary power plant.
