支气管肺泡灌洗液中生化成份的改变能够反映肺损伤。为了区别仓鼠肺损伤时灌洗液中生化指标的可能来源,我们分析了肺匀浆、血清及四种细胞(红细胞、中性白细胞、巨噬细胞及Ⅱ型肺泡上皮细胞)中两种溶酶体酶,即过氧化物酶(PER)和β-N-乙酰葡萄糖胺酶(GLC),及一种胞浆酶,即乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)。同时还测定了肺匀浆及血清中的血清白蛋白(ALB)四种细胞测定结果如下(用均数±标准差/10~9个细胞表示):
Changes in the biochemical composition of bronchoalveolar lavage fluid can reflect lung injury. To distinguish the possible sources of biochemical markers of lavage fluid during hamster lung injury, we analyzed the effects of two plasmins in serum, lung homogenate, and four types of cells (erythrocytes, neutrophils, macrophages, and type II alveolar epithelial cells) The somatic enzymes, peroxidase (PER) and β-N-acetylglucosaminidase (GLC), and a cytosolic enzyme called lactate dehydrogenase (LDH).
