我国的各方面都进入了转型期。当然,企业的管理方式与手段,也悄然地发生了一些变化。在这些变化中,最受员工关注的,当然是对员工的绩效考核的变化。企业已经从原来的“大锅饭”的分配方式,转变为了更体制化,更人性化的绩效考核制度。在这样的考核制度的带动下,员工的工作积极性得到了很大的提高,也起到了很多的正面的作用,本文对这些都作出了一些阐述。
All aspects of our country have entered a period of transition. Of course, the management of enterprises and means, but also quietly some changes have taken place. Of these changes, the most concerned about employees, of course, is the change in the performance appraisal of employees. Enterprises have been from the original “big pot ” distribution, into a more systematic, more humane performance appraisal system. Driven by this examination system, employees’ work enthusiasm has been greatly improved and many positive roles have been played. This article has made some elaboration on these.
