目的 观察中药复方当归散的抗炎作用。方法 采用小鼠口服给药序贯法测其LD50 ,抗炎作用采用鸡蛋清、甲醛致炎剂鼠足跖肿胀法 ,测其肿胀率及抑制率。结果 小鼠灌胃给药LD50 为 12 5 8g/kg ,复方当归散对蛋清、甲苯所致炎症均有明显抑制作用。结论 复方当归散毒性小 ,对蛋清、甲醛所致炎症有明显抑制作用
Objective To observe the anti-inflammation effect of Chinese herbal compound Angelica Powder. METHODS: The LD50 was determined by sequential oral administration in mice. The effect of anti-inflammation using egg white and formalin-induced inflammatory bowel movement was measured. The swelling rate and inhibition rate were measured. Results The mice were given intragastric administration of LD50 of 1280 g/kg. Compound Danggui Powder had significant inhibitory effects on egg white and toluene-induced inflammation. Conclusion The compound Angelica Sinensis has a low toxicity and has a significant inhibitory effect on inflammation caused by egg white and formaldehyde.
