培养、造就一支适应岗位要求,尽心 尽责,勇于开拓创新,具有“竞争—合 作—服务”意识的员工队伍,是中国华电 工程(集团)有限公司开展教育培训工作 的根本出发点。为此,华电工程先后制定 了教育培训管理办法、人才培养与人才梯 队建设试行办法、人才成长规划等,将建 设四支人才队伍(职业经理人队伍、专业 技术人才队伍、项目经理队伍和知识型高 技能人才队伍)列为教育培训的重点。同 时,在全公司实施“四个一百”人才计划, 即到2010年,培养造就100名复合型职 业经理、100名高水平项目经理、100名 拔尖专业技术人才和100名知识型高技 能人才。
