目的检测caveolin-1在口腔鳞癌中的表达,探讨它与口腔鳞癌的病理分级及临床分期的关系。方法用免疫组化SABC法分析78例口腔鳞癌组织及40例正常口腔黏膜中caveolin-1的表达,并结合临床病理资料作统计分析。结果正常口腔黏膜中caveolin-1表达率为7.50%,口腔鳞癌组织中caveolin-1的阳性率为75.64%,其中Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ级阳性率分别为47.62%、79.17%、90.90%,病理分级间比较差别有统计学意义(P<0.05);临床分期0-Ⅳ期阳性率分别为6.67%、30.00%、46.47%、55.56%、75.00%,各期间比较差别有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论caveolin-1在口腔鳞癌中具有高表达,尤其是在Ⅲ级中。它的表达与病理分级及临床分期有一定的关系,因此,caveolin-1很可能是口腔鳞癌的一种新的肿瘤标志物。
Objective To detect the expression of caveolin-1 in oral squamous cell carcinoma and to explore the relationship between caveolin-1 and pathological grade and clinical stage in oral squamous cell carcinoma. Methods The expression of caveolin-1 in 78 cases of oral squamous cell carcinoma and 40 cases of normal oral mucosa was analyzed by immunohistochemical SABC method. The clinicopathological data were used for statistical analysis. Results The positive rate of caveolin-1 in normal oral mucosa was 7.50%. The positive rate of caveolin-1 in oral squamous cell carcinoma was 75.64%. The positive rates of grade Ⅰ, Ⅱ, Ⅲ were 47.62%, 79 .17%, 90.90% respectively. There was a significant difference between the pathological grades (P <0.05). The positive rates of clinical stages 0 to Ⅳ were 6.67%, 30.00% and 46.47% , 55.56% and 75.00%, respectively. The difference between each period was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Caveolin-1 is highly expressed in oral squamous cell carcinoma, especially in grade Ⅲ. Its expression and pathological grade and clinical stage have a certain relationship, therefore, caveolin-1 is likely to be a new oral squamous cell carcinoma tumor markers.
