目的:研究T淋巴细胞嗜银蛋白(Ag-NORs)与乳腺癌的关系,确定T淋巴细胞Ag-NORs在乳腺肿瘤诊断及鉴别诊断中的价值。方法:利用KL型免疫分析系统检测55例乳腺癌手术患者、38例纤维腺瘤手术患者、20例乳腺炎手术患者及55例健康查体者外周血T淋巴细胞核仁形成区Ag-NORs含量,以银染面积与细胞核面积比值(I.S%)作为Ag-NORs检测指标。结果:乳腺癌患者的I.S%与纤维腺瘤患者、健康查体者比较明显低,乳腺炎患者的I.S%与乳腺癌患者、纤维腺瘤患者、健康查体者比较明显高,纤维腺瘤患者的I.S%与健康查体者比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),不同组织学类型浸润性导管癌49例、浸润性小叶癌2例、黏液腺癌4例差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。不同组织学分级的乳腺浸润性导管癌患者外周血T淋巴细胞Ag-NORs,组织学分级越高,核仁Ag-NoRs的阳性表达率越高。结论:人外周血T淋巴细胞Ag-NORs的检测可作为乳腺癌辅助诊断的一种指标,Ag-NORs的活性表达是乳腺良恶性鉴别的敏感指标。乳腺癌患者Ag-NORs的含量较低时,应考虑肿瘤的恶性程度较高。
Objective: To study the relationship between Ag-NORs and breast cancer and to determine the value of T-lymphocyte Ag-NORs in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of breast tumors. Methods: The content of Ag-NORs in nuclei of T lymphocytes in 55 cases of breast cancer surgery, 38 cases of fibroadenoma operation, 20 cases of mastitis operation and 55 cases of healthy volunteers were detected by KL immunoassay system. The ratio of silver staining area to nucleus area (IS%) was taken as the detection index of Ag-NORs. Results: IS% of patients with breast cancer were significantly lower than that of patients with fibroadenoma and healthy individuals. IS% of patients with breast cancer were significantly higher than those of patients with breast cancer, fibroadenoma and healthy individuals. Patients with fibroadenoma (P> 0.05). There was no significant difference in 49 cases of invasive ductal carcinoma, 2 cases of invasive lobular carcinoma and 4 cases of mucinous adenocarcinoma in different histological types (P > 0.05). The expression of Ag-NORs in peripheral blood T lymphocytes in patients with breast invasive ductal carcinoma with different histological grade was higher, and the higher the histological grade, the higher the positive rate of nucleolar Ag-NoRs. CONCLUSION: The detection of Ag-NORs in human peripheral blood T lymphocytes can be used as an index for the auxiliary diagnosis of breast cancer. The active expression of Ag-NORs is a sensitive indicator of benign and malignant breast lesions. Breast cancer patients with low levels of Ag-NORs, the tumor should be considered a higher degree of malignancy.
