高等职业技术教育,它是高等教育;它是职业教育;它是职业教育的最高等阶段。主要以适应社会需要为目标,以培养技术应用能力为主线来设计学生的知识、能力、素质结构和培养方案。高等化工职业技术教育是培养化工行业的专门人才教育,强调理论教学和实践训练并重,使毕业生具有很快适应化工行业的工作能力。为了实现现代高职教育的理念,学校除了加强化学实验室硬件的建设,还要确实注重化学实验教师素质的提高,促进学生全面发展的综合能力。
