我国自来水价格是在政府管制下形成的,但现行的自来水行业价格管制仍存在诸多不足亟待解决。本文回顾了建国以来我国自来水行业价格管制的发展阶段和历程,同时分析了现行自来水价格管制存在的主要问题及其原因。为完善我国的自来水行业价格管制,在分析研判自来水价格管制模型的基础上,笔者提出了构建合理水价体系及完善水价监督管路机制的相关建议。
The price of tap water in our country is formed under the control of the government. However, there are still many problems to be solved in the current price control of the tap water industry. This article reviews the development stage and course of price control of tap water industry since the founding of our People ’s Republic, and analyzes the main problems existing in the price control of tap water and their reasons. In order to improve the pricing control of tap water industry in our country, based on the analysis of tap water price regulation model, the author puts forward some suggestions on how to build a reasonable water pricing system and improve the water pricing supervision pipeline mechanism.
