目的调查某电子企业的职业危害状况。方法对苏州市某电子企业的职业危害因素监测结果及接害工人健康监护结果进行统计和分析。结果该企业职业危害因素监测合格率为:噪声55.78%,粉尘100.00%,毒物98.67%;接害工人职业健康检查异常检出率为:听力损伤15.65%,血压异常14.20%,心电图异常12.99%,肝胆脾B超异常9.52%,肝功能异常4.14%,肺功能异常3.35%,血常规异常2.10%,尿常规异常4.67%。结论噪声为该企业超标情况最严重、对工人危害最大的职业危害因素,必须加强治理和进行个人防护。
Purpose To investigate the occupational hazards of an electronic company. Methods Statistics and analysis were made on the monitoring results of occupational hazards in an electronics enterprise in Suzhou City and the results of monitoring the health care workers’ injuries. Results The qualified rate of occupational hazards monitoring was 55.78%, dust 100.00% and poison 98.67%. The detection rate of occupational health examination was 15.65%, abnormal blood pressure 14.20%, abnormal ECG 12.99% Abnormal liver and gallbladder B-9.52%, 4.14% abnormal liver function, lung function abnormalities 3.35%, 2.10% abnormal blood, urinary abnormalities 4.67%. Conclusion Noise is the most serious cause of the enterprise exceeding the standard, the most harmful to workers Occupational hazards, we must strengthen governance and personal protection.
