本文对汽车道路试验用车轮扭矩传感器进行了研究,采用改进型轮幅式结构,使得在车轮上安装位置合理,符合汽车的行驶工况。通过合理的应变片布片和组桥方式,简化传感器弹性体的结构,在精确地测得车辆扭矩的基础上,有效地消除了车辆上其它分力的影响。该传感器在汽车道路试验方面具有广阔的应用前景。
In this paper, the wheel torque sensor for vehicle road test is studied, and the improved spoke structure is adopted to make the installation position on the wheel reasonable and in line with the driving conditions of the car. Through reasonable strain gauze cloth and group bridge way, the structure of the sensor elastomer is simplified. Based on the accurate measurement of the vehicle torque, the influence of other components of the vehicle is effectively eliminated. The sensor has broad application prospects in automobile road test.
