应用断面解剖学方法,对33例(男18,女15)头颅标本的松果体及其眦邻结构进行了观测。结果发现:有87.88%的松果体中点偏离中线,偏离中线的平均距离及与之对应的移位百分率是:左移0.99mm(0.80%),右移0.71mm(0.54%);松果体及第三脑室长径、宽径均无性差,经松果体中点半球宽存在侧差(左侧<右侧)和性差(男>女),左、右半球长径存在性差(男>女);此外,本文应用逐步回归方法对松果体与邻近结构测值间关系进行了分析:表明松果体横径取决于左半球宽、海马回间距、松果体中点至左半球表面距。
33 cases (male 18, female 15) of the craniofacial pineal bodies and their neighbors were observed by sectional anatomy. The results showed that 87.88% of the pineal bodies were deviated from the midline, the average distance from the midline and the corresponding displacement percentage were: 0.99 mm (0.80%) to the left and 0.71 mm 0.54%). There were no significant difference in length and width between pineal and third ventricle. There was a wide hemisphere in the middle of the pineal body (left and right) In addition, the stepwise regression method was used to analyze the relationship between the pineal bodies and the measured values of adjacent structures. The results showed that the pineal diameter was dependent on the width of the left hemisphere, the distance between the hippocampus, Pineal midpoint to the left hemisphere surface distance.
