为解决随采深和巷宽加大而增大的地压所带来的回采巷道维护问题,研究和改进了矿工钢、U形钢支架的形式与结构,兼取铰接支架与摩擦可缩支架的优点,使支架有可靠的可缩性能,自动调节载荷与高初撑恒阻的性能,并形成直构件,曲构件及混合构件支架多种形式的支架以适应不同围岩与地压情况,因而在试用中提高了支架的承载力,降低了损坏率,改善了安全状况,增加了复用率,取得一定经济技术效果。另外,本文还总结了各类金属支架的适用条件。图6,表3。
