目的:探讨直肠下端黏膜环行切除(PPH)治疗Ⅲ期环行脱垂性内痔的疗效.方法:回顾性分析100例Ⅲ期环行脱垂性内痔接受PPH手术患者的临床资料.结果:全组PPH手术治愈率高达98.9%,痔块回缩率为100%,术后5 d各种并发症发生率均不超过3%.89例患者随访3个月,除1例诉大便次数略多外,无其它并发症出现.结论:研究表明通过选择理想的适用对象及手术技术改进,能充分发挥PPH手术的优点,达到简化手术操作、手术效果好、术后并发症少的目的.
