在英语学习中,学生之间存在着很大的个性差异,有的学生在英语学习方面表现出悟性强,接受能力快;有些学生则反应慢,反复讲的内容都不能很好地消化掉。分层教学就是要根据学生的个性差异,尊重不同学生的认知能力,制定相应的教学方法来满足各类学生的需要,促使每个学生都能在原有的基础上得到提高。
In English learning, there are great personality differences among students. Some students show a strong sense of comprehension and acceptance in English learning. Some students respond slowly and can not digest the content repeatedly. Hierarchical teaching is based on individual differences in students, respect different students’ cognitive abilities, develop appropriate teaching methods to meet the needs of all types of students, prompting each student can be improved on the basis of the original.
