80年代瑞典人奥尔森首创了次声波除灰技术,取得美国专利。其声功率最大达1kW;主装置的体积约φ400-500mm×6000-10000 mm。由于次声波幅射的全向性,锅炉烟道内整个空间的积灰均可清除。迄今为止,瑞典技术在国际上仍居领先地位。在国内,中国科学院东进公司郑平教授在1990年研制成功两种新的次声波和低频声波发生器,已取得我国专利权。这种装置将压缩空气能转变为声能,其体积仅及瑞典的数百分之一,声功率可达数十千瓦,频率可调,便于寻求最佳工作频率。
Olson, the Swede of the 80’s, pioneered the infrasound removal technology and obtained the U.S. patent. Its sound power up to 1kW; the main device of about φ400-500mm × 6000-10000 mm. Due to the omni-directional infrasound, the entire space in the boiler flue can be removed by fouling. To date, Swedish technology remains a leading international position. In China, Zheng Ping, a professor from East China Company of CAS, succeeded in developing two new subsonic and low frequency sonic generators in 1990 and has obtained the patent right in China. This device will be compressed air into acoustic energy, its volume is only one hundredth of Sweden and sound power up to tens of kilowatts, adjustable frequency, easy to find the best working frequency.
