在审查起诉阶段对符合一定条件的认罪案件进行快速处理不但具有必要性,而且在我国当前司法条件下具有可行性。认罪案件审查起诉快速处理程序要求在案件的受理分案、权利告知、讯问嫌疑人、制作文书和最终审批决定程序上进行快速处理。同时,应当完善相关配套机制以保证快速处理程序的顺利运行。
The speedy process of pleading guilty to certain conditions during the prosecution and prosecution phase is not only necessary but also feasible under the current judicial conditions in our country.
