针对楔紧块锁紧型液压抽芯机构和油缸自锁型液压抽芯机构在在实际使用中存在的问题,设计了一种新型自动自锁型液压抽芯机构,弥补了楔紧块锁紧抽芯机构和液压油缸锁紧机构的锁紧缺陷。机构由抽芯动力油缸组件、中间连接组件、滑块及活动型芯组件、安装结构件、自锁组件组合而成,自锁组件巧妙地运用了弹簧联动式控制斜楔锁紧的原理,将抽芯滑块在其注塑时可靠地锁住,给出了机构运动动力学模型。机构结构设计合理,稳定可靠。
