目的 :探讨血清雌二醇 (E2 )、促黄体生成素 (LH)、促卵泡刺激素 (FSH)、胰岛素样生长因子Ⅰ (IGF -Ⅰ )、瘦素 (Leptin)水平在女童特发中枢性性早熟 (ICPP)诊断中的价值。方法 :采用化学发光免疫分析 (CLIA)和放射免疫分析 (RIA)测定 35例以乳房早发育为主诉的性早熟女童血清E2 、LH、FSH、IGF -Ⅰ、Leptin水平。结果 :ICPP组血清E2 、LH、FSH、IGF -Ⅰ、Leptin水平明显高于SPT组 ,且差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 5 ,P <0 .0 1或P <0 .0 0 1 ) ,以基础LH/FSH >0 .2为阳性界限 ,用于诊断ICPP的阳性率为 86 6 % (1 3/ 1 5 ) ,SPT的阳性率为 2 0 % (4 /2 0 )。血清IGF -Ⅰ水平与E2 水平呈正相关 (r =0 .4 7,P <0 .0 1 )。血清Leptin水平与E2 、IGF -Ⅰ水平不相关。结论 :测定血清E2 、LH、FSH、IGF -Ⅰ、Leptin水平对ICPP早期诊断有较好的价值
Objective: To investigate the effect of serum E2, LH, FSH, IGF-Ⅰ and Leptin Precocious puberty (ICPP) in the diagnosis of value. Methods: Serum levels of E2, LH, FSH, IGF-I and Leptin in 35 precocious girls with early breast development were determined by chemiluminescence immunoassay (CLIA) and radioimmunoassay (RIA) Results: The levels of serum E2, LH, FSH, IGF-I and Leptin in ICPP group were significantly higher than those in SPT group (P <0.05, P <0.01 or P <0.01 ). The positive rate of LH / FSH> 0.2 on the basis of positive diagnosis was 86.6% (13/15) for ICPP. The positive rate of SPT was 20% (4/20). There was a positive correlation between serum IGF-Ⅰ level and E2 level (r = 0.47, P <0.01). Serum Leptin level and E2, IGF-Ⅰ level is not related. Conclusion: The determination of serum E2, LH, FSH, IGF-I and Leptin levels has a good value in the early diagnosis of ICPP
