产能过剩是新常态经济面临的重大问题之一。在梳理和分析对外直接投资化解产能过剩问题的国内外相关研究与国际经验基础上,提出中国应借助“一带一路”战略,深化国际产能战略合作,通过对外直接投资从根本上来解决中国产能过剩的问题。要融合东道国区位优势与产业特点,通过对外直接投资化解我国产能过剩;借鉴美日等国经验,探索和创新产业国际转移模式;积极开展跨国并购,提高国内企业自主创新能力和国际经营能力,有效转移国内过剩产能。
Overcapacity is one of the major issues facing the new normal economy. Based on the domestic and foreign related researches and international experiences of combating and analyzing the problem of overinvestment of foreign direct investment (FDI), this paper puts forward that China should make use of the “Belt and Road” strategy to deepen the strategic cooperation of international production capacity and fundamentally solve the problem of China’s capacity through foreign direct investment Excess problem. It is necessary to integrate the regional advantages and industrial characteristics of the host country to resolve overcapacity in our country through direct investment abroad; to learn from experience of the United States, Japan and other countries to explore and innovate the international transfer mode of industries; to actively carry out cross-border M & A and improve the capability of independent innovation and international operation of domestic enterprises; Transfer of domestic excess capacity.
