小麦花药培养是小麦育种中缩短育种年限,加快育种步伐的一种新技术。我国自1970年开展这项研究工作以来,已先后培育出烟草、水稻和小麦等多种作物的新品种,显示出快速育种的优越性。但是,由于技术环节多,难度大,各环节的诱导频率还远远满足不了生产上的要求。特别是小麦,在出愈率、绿苗分化率、加倍率以及小苗移栽成活率都仍然不高,这就给这项技术的应用带来一定的影响。因此,研究小麦花培中的主要影响因素,并不断提高其诱导效率一直是受到重视的问题。本文主要对培养基的筛选,激素增产灵的试用,培养中的光、温条件以及土壤特性对绿苗移栽成活率等方面进行试验研究,收到了较为显著的效果。
Wheat anther culture is a new technology to shorten the breeding period and speed up the breeding process in wheat breeding. Since carrying out this research in 1970, our country has successively cultivated new varieties of crops such as tobacco, rice and wheat, demonstrating the advantages of rapid breeding. However, due to many technical aspects, it is difficult and the induction frequency of each link can not meet the production requirements far. Especially in wheat, the rate of emergence, the rate of green seedling differentiation, doubling rate and seedling transplanting survival rate are still not high, which gives the application of this technology have a certain impact. Therefore, it is always a problem to study the main influencing factors in wheat flower culture and to continuously improve its induction efficiency. This paper mainly on the screening of medium, hormone stimulation trial, light and temperature conditions in culture, and soil characteristics of green seedlings transplanted survival rate and other aspects of experimental study, received a more significant effect.
