粗轧机前后工作辊道承担着将板坯送入、送出轧机的重要任务,现场由于板坯扣头、冲击惯性及辊道自身结构的原因,频繁出现辊道螺栓松动、辊道电机跳闸造成设备故障停机,甚至导致电机输出轴断裂等事故。本文从粗轧板坯扣翘头控制及改善辊道结构等方面入手,对粗轧R2轧机辊道故障进行了详细分析,并提出针对性改善措施,通过现场实际应用表明,辊道运行稳定性明显增加,确保了生产稳定。
