自噬是目前生物医学领域研究热点之一,广泛参与各种生理和病理过程。既往对自噬的研究多以自噬体的多少评价自噬水平的强弱,新近发现自噬体的增加并不能从本质上反映自噬的水平,仅仅能够反映自噬的诱导,或者自噬体清除的抑制。因为从自噬流的角度来看,自噬体的数量受形成和清除两方面影响,准确全面地评估自噬不仅包括自噬体的检测,还包括动态观察整个自噬流的过程是否通畅。我们提倡结合使用多种自噬检测方法以获取可靠数据,将动态和静态检测方法结合,更能有效说明细胞自噬的发生以及自噬流的变化。“,”Autophagy is one of the hot topics in biomedical research.Which is widely involved in various physiological and pathological processes. Previous studies on autophagy have evaluated the level of autophagosome,and recently found that the increase of autophagosome can not reflect the level of autophagy in nature.It can only reflect the induction of autophagy and the inhibition of autophagosome.From the point of autophagy flux,the number of the autophagosome is affected by the formation and removal of the two aspects,accurate and comprehensive assessment of autophagy not only includes the detection of the body,but also includes the dynamic observation of the entire flux ofautophagy is smooth.We promote the combination of dynamic and static detection methods to obtain reliable data,which can effectively explain the occurrence of autophagy and the changes of autophagy flux.
