财务管理是企业管理的一个重要组成部分,它是根据国家相关法律制度,按照财务管理的原则,组织企业财务活动,处理财务关系的一系列经济工作的总称。随着我国经济体制改革的深入和企业经营机制的转换,强化企业的财务管理工作应成为企业管理的重中之重。同时,掌握好企业财务管理对全面掌握和运用企业管理知识、技能等也会起到十分重要的作用。文章从企业财务管理的含义和特点入手,分析了企业财务管理的目标,最后提出了做好企业财务管理的措施。
Financial management is an important part of business management. It is a general term for a series of economic work that is based on the relevant laws and regulations of the country, and the principle of financial management, the organization of corporate financial activities, and the handling of financial relationships. With the deepening of the reform of China’s economic system and the transformation of the operating mechanism of enterprises, strengthening the financial management of enterprises should be the top priority of enterprise management. At the same time, a good grasp of corporate financial management will also play a very important role in the overall control and application of enterprise management knowledge and skills. The article begins with the meaning and characteristics of corporate financial management, analyzes the objectives of corporate financial management, and finally puts forward measures for doing a good job of corporate financial management.
