“员工是公司最大的生产力。”这是众所周知的事实道理。员工不仅是公司企业雇佣的劳动力,而且也是支持企业不断发展的推动力。一个整体的企业组织是由员工构成的,同时员工也是企业组织与外部公众沟通的桥梁。一个公司不断前进的基础无一例外就是提高员工们的综合素质,以及协调好员工关系。特别是在当今的网络环境下,企业需要注重与员工之间的沟通交流,处理好员工关系管理,将有企业综合实力进行进一步发展。文章是简单表述在网络环境下的员工关系管理及提高其管理质量的建议方法。
“Employees are the company’s biggest productivity.” This is a well-known fact.
