近日,信息产业部向社会公开通报了2002年度电信用户满意度测评结果。结果显示在2002年我国电信业进一步深化改革的情况下,电信服务质量与上年相比,均有不同程度的提高,我国通信服务水平“能够较好满足我国用户的需求”。
Recently, the Ministry of Information Industry to the public informed of the results of the 2002 Telecom User Satisfaction Measurement. The results show that under the circumstance of further deepening reform of China’s telecom industry in 2002, the quality of telecom service has been improved to some extent compared with the previous year. The level of China’s telecom service “can better meet the needs of our users.”
