微小变动量法是X射线荧光分析中计算理论修正系数的一种成功的方法。用这种方法计算出基础理论修正系数后,可根据需要选择适当的消去项。本文应用作者编写的计算机程序,计算了熔融玻璃片试样的基础理论修正系数δi i后,消去分析元素i及基元素氧两个修正项,得到熔融玻璃片试样中元素间的理论修正系数α_(i-j)以及氧化物间的理论修正系数Aij。最后用所求得的理论修正系数,采用JIS(日本工业标准)模式,用比较标准法分析了6个铁矿石试样,获得较好的结果。
The small variation method is a successful method of calculating theoretical correction coefficients in X-ray fluorescence analysis. After using this method to calculate the basic theory of the correction factor, according to the need to select the appropriate elimination items. In this paper, a computer program written by the author is applied to calculate the fundamental theoretical correction coefficient δi i of the molten glass sample, and then the two correction terms of the element i and the elemental oxygen are eliminated to obtain the theoretical correction coefficient between the elements in the sample of the molten glass α_ (ij) and the theoretical correction coefficient Aij between oxides. Finally, the theoretical correction coefficients obtained were used, and JIS (Japanese Industrial Standards) model was used. Six iron ore samples were analyzed by comparative standard method and good results were obtained.
