目的 探讨高选择性迷走神经切断术治疗十二指肠溃疡穿孔的效果。方法 对 12例十二指肠溃疡穿孔 ,采用修补加高选择性迷走神经切断术的方法。结果 本组 12例 ,穿孔时间 4～ 16小时 ,平均 8小时。穿孔直径 0 .3～ 0 .8cm ,平均 0 .5cm。术后随访 3～ 5 6个月 ,平均 11个月。随访期间经上消化道钡餐和胃镜检查 ,均未见溃疡复发。结论 高选择性迷走神经切断术治疗十二指肠溃疡穿孔 ,手术安全 ,效果明显。
Objective To investigate the effect of high-selective vagotomy on perforation of duodenal ulcer. Methods 12 cases of duodenal ulcer perforation, repair and increase the selective vagotomy method. Results The group of 12 patients, perforation time 4 to 16 hours, an average of 8 hours. Perforated diameter 0 .3 ~ 0 .8cm, an average of 0.5cm. The patients were followed up for 3 ~ 56 months with an average of 11 months. During the follow-up by upper gastrointestinal barium meal and gastroscopy, no ulcer recurrence. Conclusion High-selective vagotomy for the treatment of duodenal ulcer perforation, the safety of surgery, the effect is obvious.
