气动薄板冲压锤是锻锤中的一类产品,我国一般称为“气动落锤”。气动落锤主要用于有色金属薄板另件冲压成形,在航空、航天工业有广泛的应用。气动落锤品种的命名,不同于一般自由锻锤和模锻锤,它是以能被带动的上模重量来确定(即气缸有效提升力)的。我国以往采用的气动薄板落锤,大都是由苏联进口的。从1970年开始才着手设计试制,到目前为止,该类产品系列品种已试制完毕。系列为:1吨、2吨、3吨、5吨、8吨共五个品种,其主要参数见表1。
