:[目的 ]观察虫草菌丝对苯中毒小鼠白细胞数的影响。 [方法 ]昆明种小鼠经静式吸入苯 (11 2mg/L空气 ,3h/d× 2 1d) ,造成小鼠白细胞数低下的动物模型 ,尔后将它们分为 4组 ,1组为对照组 ,另 3组经口灌服虫草菌丝提取液 ,分高、中、低剂量组。检查小鼠染毒前后和虫草菌丝治疗前后周围血液中白细胞数量的变化。 [结果 ]口服虫草菌丝提取液的小鼠其周围血液中白细胞数恢复至染毒前水平 (P >0 0 5 )。 [结论 ]虫草菌丝提取液对苯中毒小鼠有明显的升高白细胞的作用
: [Objective] To observe the effect of Cordyceps sinensis on leucocyte count in benzene poisoning mice. [Method] Kunming mice were inhaled benzene (11 2mg / L air, 3h / d × 2 1d), resulting in low white blood cell count in mice. Afterwards, they were divided into 4 groups, one group was control group , The other three groups were orally administered Cordyceps mycelium extract, divided into high, medium and low dose groups. The changes of leukocytes in the peripheral blood before and after the infection of Cordyceps sinensis and the mycelia of Cordyceps were examined. [Result] The number of white blood cells in peripheral blood of Cordyceps sinensis extract recovered to pre-exposure level (P> 0.05). [Conclusion] Cordyceps mycelium extract has obvious effect of increasing white blood cells in benzene poisoning mice
