为探明小麦种子在种子贮藏过程中的生理生化变化的规律,采用高温高湿人工加速老化的方法,对2个小麦品种的种子在90%相对湿度和45℃条件下进行人工加速老化,处理时间分别为0、1、2 d,结果表明:豫麦57和金豫麦2号种子发芽率在经过老化处理后略有升高、种子活力呈现出先升高后降低的趋势、可溶性糖含量呈现先降低后升高的趋势、丙二醛含量呈现出先升高后降低的趋势。
In order to find out the rule of physiological and biochemical changes of wheat seeds during storage, the seeds of two wheat cultivars were artificially accelerated and aged at 90% relative humidity and 45 ℃ by accelerated aging with high temperature and high humidity. The results showed that the germination rate of Yumai 57 and Jinyumai 2 increased slightly after aging, the seed vigor increased firstly and then decreased, the content of soluble sugar appeared First reduce the trend of post-increase, malondialdehyde content showed a trend of first increased and then decreased.
