目的研究脑出血患者预后与其血浆N端脑钠肽前体浓度变化之间的关系。方法取2012年3月-2014年12月本院收治的脑出血患者80例,设为实验组,回顾性分析其临床资料,取同期来院体检的80例健康人员为对照组,观察2组患者血浆N端脑钠肽前体浓度变化并作统计学分析。结果与对照组患者相比,实验组患者NT-pro BNP浓度指数更高,组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组患者中,与少量以及中量出血患者相比,大量出血者NT-pro BNP浓度指数更高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);与好转患者相比,死亡患者NT-pro BNP浓度指数更高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);与NIHSS评分不超过6分的患者相比,NIHSS评分超过6分者NT-pro BNP浓度指数更高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于脑出血患者而言,血浆NT-pro BNP浓度指数的波动对于其预后评估与恢复具有积极的临床意义,同时也可作为脑出血患者临床诊治的一项重要参考指标。
Objective To study the relationship between the prognosis of patients with intracerebral hemorrhage and the plasma concentration of N-terminal pro-brain natriuretic peptide. Methods Eighty patients with cerebral hemorrhage admitted to our hospital from March 2012 to December 2014 were enrolled as experimental group. The clinical data were retrospectively analyzed. Totally 80 healthy people from the same period were enrolled in the study. Two groups of patients Plasma N-terminal pro-brain natriuretic peptide concentration changes and make statistical analysis. Results Compared with the control group, NT-proBNP concentration index in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P <0.05). In the experimental group, a significant amount of bleeding was found in the experimental group compared with the small and medium-volume bleeding patients (P <0.05). Compared with the improvement patients, the NT-pro BNP concentration index of death patients was higher (P <0.05), and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05) NT-proBNP concentration index was higher in patients with NIHSS score of 6 or higher (P <0.05). Conclusion For patients with ICH, the fluctuation of plasma NT-pro BNP concentration index has a positive clinical significance for prognosis evaluation and recovery, and may also be used as an important reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment of patients with ICH.
