通过调整粗细集料,对比级配的比表面积,预留足够空间给纤维,研究出孔隙率在12%~16%的纤维类半开级配沥青混合料,并寻找出适合于纤维类排水降噪型混合料的O系列级配。对比试验结果表明,O系列级配共性为比表面积约为4.4m2/kg,2.36mm筛孔通过率在15%附近,0.075mm筛孔通过率在6%左右。纤维类半开级配混合料能有效降低析漏损失,提高混合料的稳定性;纤维类间断半开级配沥青混合料的粗集料级配与SMA的粗集料级配相似,拥有良好的嵌挤结构。
