《中国粮油学报》是中国粮油学会主办的综合性学术研究期刊,主要报导粮食、油脂原料、成品、半成品加工、储运及其副产品综合利用方面和粮油食品、饲料、营养卫生、品质检测方面的基础研究论文及应用技术性文章,以及在这些方面具有创造性的、代表我国科研水平的实验研究报告,同时还报导一些能启迪学术思想、指导科研方向的综述性文章。该刊以反映我国粮油科学研究领域中最新研究成果,促进国内外学术交流为主,同时还刊登部分粮油食品技术、储藏技术、营养卫生、检测方法和粮油资源加工综合利用等方面的文章。
China Journal of Cereals and Oils is a comprehensive academic research journal sponsored by the China Academy of Cereals and Oils. It mainly reports on grain, oil and fat raw materials, finished products, semi-finished products processing, comprehensive utilization of storage and transportation and its by-products, and grain, oil, food, feed, nutrition and hygiene, and quality inspection. Basic research papers and applied technical articles, as well as experimental research reports that are creative in these areas and represent the research level of our country, also reported on several review articles that can inspire academic ideas and guide research directions. The journal reflects the latest research results in the field of grain and oil research in China and promotes academic exchanges at home and abroad. At the same time, it also publishes articles on some aspects of grain and oil food technology, storage technology, nutritional hygiene, detection methods, and comprehensive utilization of grain and oil resources processing.
