中央人民政府政务院令本院第六十三次政务会议修正通过工商业税暂行条例、货物税暂行条例(此两条例前经本院第十七次政务会议通过公布),并通过印花税暂行条例、屠宰税暂行条例、利息所得税暂行条例暨工商业税民主评议委员会组织通则、税务覆议委员会组织通则,兹一并公布之。此令!
The Administrative Council of the Central People’s Government ordered the 63rd Session of the Administrative Council of the People’s Republic of China to amend the Provisional Regulations on Industrial and Commercial Tax and the Provisional Regulations on Goods Tax, which were promulgated by the 17th Administrative Council of the People’s Republic of China and passed the Provisional Regulations on Stamp Duty Provisional Regulations on Taxes, Provisional Regulations on Interest Income Tax and the General Rules for the Organization of Commercial and Commercial Tax Democratic Evaluation Committees and the General Rules of the Organization of the Tax Review Committee are hereby promulgated jointly.
