在编制我国《钢结构设计规范》(TJ17-74)和确定钢结构规范科研规化的过程中,北京钢铁设计研究总院等单位,先后收集到了美、加、罗、日、法等国和国际有关学术机构在1965～1979年间编制和实施的十四种钢结构设计规范。这些规范是: 1.《奥地利承重钢结构的计算与施工》(1965年实施)(北京钢铁设计研究总院译印); 2.《东德钢结构技术规程》(1966年1月实施)(北京钢铁设计研究总院译印); 3.《西德钢结构设计规范》(稳定分析及材质要求,1966年制订)(北京钢铁设计研究总院译印);
In compiling China’s “Code for Design of Steel Structures” (TJ17-74) and determining the scientific research regulations for steel structures, the Beijing Iron and Steel Design and Research Institute and other units have collected US, Canada, Romania, Japan, France and other countries. Fourteen kinds of steel structure design specifications compiled and implemented by international academic institutions from 1965 to 1979. These specifications are: 1. “Calculation and construction of load-bearing steel structures in Austria” (implemented in 1965) (Beijing Institute of Steel Design and Research); 2. “Technical specification for steel structures in East Germany” (implemented in January 1966) ( (Beijing Institute of Iron and Steel Design and Research Institute); 3. “West Germany Steel Structure Design Code” (stability analysis and material requirements, formulated in 1966) (Beijing Iron and Steel Design and Research Institute);
