作者对25例(50耳)健康受试者的中耳晨压进行了测定。受试者8男17女,年龄16~68岁,平均36岁。结果发现清晨刚醒时咀嚼和吞咽前的中耳压力为-0.25~+1.95KPa(1 KPa=102mmH_2O),平均+0.48KPa(中位数+0.35KPa);咀嚼和吞咽后为-0.90~+0.65KPa,平均+0.06KPa(中位数+0.07KP a)。差异显著(P<0.001)。平均压力差为+0.42KPa(中位数+0.25KP a),推测此为刚醒时与直立位咀嚼吞咽后的中耳压力之差。放松平卧位处于浅而慢的睡眠型呼吸时中耳压力逐渐上升,如遇吞咽则立即下降,接近0位线,随即又逐渐上升。过度换气时中耳压力降至-0.35KPa水平,而浅慢睡眠型呼吸中耳压力升高成为正压。
The authors measured the mid-morning morning pressure in 25 healthy subjects (50 ears). Subjects 8 male 17 female, aged 16 to 68 years, mean 36 years old. The results showed that the pressure of the middle ear before chewing and swallowing in early morning was -0.25 ~ + 1.95KPa (1 KPa = 102mmH2O) with an average of + 0.48KPa (median + 0.35KPa), -0.90 ~ + 0.65 kPa, average + 0.06 kPa (median + 0.07 kPa). The difference was significant (P <0.001). The mean pressure difference was + 0.42 kPa (median + 0.25 kPa), presumably the difference between the pressures of the middle ear after chewing and swallowing on upright position. Relax the supine position in shallow and slow sleep-type breathing in the middle ear pressure gradually increased, in case of swallowing immediately dropped close to 0-bit line, then gradually increased. Overexpression of the middle ear pressure drops to -0.35KPa level, while shallow sleep slow breathing increased middle pressure into positive pressure.
