总结经验 加快步伐 大力搞好农田水利建筑物配套

随着农业生产的不断发展,近几年来,特别是党的三中全会以来,我省农田水利建筑物配套有了较大的发展。全省已建成小沟以上配套建筑物70多万座。其中,中沟以上配套建筑物20多万座。在建筑物设计、施工及材料等方面,新技术、新经验、新工艺不断涌现,正朝着“轻(轻型)、薄(薄壳)、巧(灵巧)、预(预制、装配)”和“标准化、系列化、工厂化”方向发展。农桥从木桥、砖石拱桥发展到预应力板梁桥、双曲拱桥、三铰拱桥、桁架拱桥,桥台也较普遍地采用了轻型结构;涵、闸、站结构从厚底板、重闸墙、叠梁门,发展到反拱底板、连拱空箱挡土墙,涵闸站结合,一物多用,综合利用;建筑物基础由换砂、打板桩,发展到沉井基础、还填粘土、薄壳基础。一些配套建筑物经过技术革新,可节省材料、降低造价20—40%。徐州地区自1980年3月以来,推广技术革新成果,建重点农水涵、闸、站1695座,建桥梁、渡槽3326座,搞施工技术革新907项,共节约经费257万元。由于新经验、新技术的推广、采用,使配套速度有所加快,工程效益进一步发挥,水利资源得到较好利用,有力地促进了农业生产发展。全省建 With the continuous development of agricultural production, in recent years, especially since the Third Plenary Session of the Party, there has been a great development in the matching of farmland and water conservancy buildings in our province.
