I. INTRODUCTION Ciliary body is a kind of material that can produce radiation under ultraviolet radiation, X-ray, electron bombardment, friction or some other excitation mode. This type of launch is called luminescence. For example, in a tube-shaped fluorescent lamp, 253.7 nm of mercury is converted into radiation that covers the entire visible region; the energy of high-speed electrons in a television picture tube is converted into visible radiation.
