传统的模具制造方法效率低,成本高,周期长,激光快速成型(RP)技术的出现,为模具的制造创造了新的思路。然而,到目前为止,RP技术仅限于制造树脂模具,还不能直接制造钢及其它材料的模具。本文将首先简单介绍激光快速成型和整体石墨电极研磨机的工作原理,详细叙述利用RP技术配合整体石墨电极研磨机制造钢模具的集成技术,初步研究快速制造模具的集成技术的精度问题,用此技术制造模具精度高,速度快,成本低,是一种行之有效、有现实意义的模具制造技术。
