用多孔阳极氧化铝 (AAO)模板 ,进行化学气相沉积 (CVD) ,成功制备出一种大面积高度取向、分立有序的由表面碳膜固定保持的碳纳米管阵列膜 .直接将它作为场电子发射体 ,发现它同样具有良好的场电子发射特性 .初步研究结果表明 ,这种由碳纳米管自组装形成的有序阵列膜开启电场为 2~ 4V/μm ,最大发射电流可达 1 2mA/cm2 ;在发射电流密度j≤ 1mA/cm2 时 ,可稳定发射 ,有很长的耐久性 ;实验结果的拟合曲线符合Fowler Nordheim模型 ,场发射增强因子为 1 1 0 0~ 75 0 0 .这种原料来源丰富、制备方法简便、成本低的场电子发射材料 ,对平板显示技术有良好的应用前景
Carbon nanotubes (CNTs) array films with large area and high degree of orientation and discretely ordered surface carbon films were successfully prepared by chemical vapor deposition (CVD) using a porous anodic alumina (AAO) template. The results show that the ordered array film formed by self-assembly of carbon nanotubes has an on-state electric field of 2 ~ 4V / μm and a maximum emission current of up to 1 2mA / cm2; emission current density j ≤ 1mA / cm2, stable emission, a long durability; the fitting curve of the experimental results in line with the Fowler Nordheim model, the field emission enhancement factor of 1100 ~ 7500. This rich source of raw materials, preparation methods are simple, low-cost field electron emission materials, flat panel display technology has a good prospect
