用三异丁基铝(Al)、乙撑脲(Eu)和第三组分组成的催化剂,对聚环氧氯丙烷的合成进行了研究。无第三组分时,产率较低;当第三组分分别为二氧六环(DOX)、四氢呋喃或三苯基膦时,则产率显著增加。Al-Eu-DOX催化剂的电导率与其活性无关;Al/Eu(mol比)最佳值为2;Eu分子中>NH上的氢原子与Al反应,生成化合物(Ⅰ),它与 DOX的络合物,即是本催化剂的活性中心。用 Al-Eu-DOX 催化剂制得的聚环氧氯丙烷,是白色橡胶状无定形聚合物,M_n为 7×10~5-13×10~5。硫化胶的物性为:抗张强度 17.5 MPa,伸长率 360%,硬度(邵氏 A)78。
The synthesis of polyepichlorohydrin was investigated using a catalyst composed of triisobutyl aluminum (Al), ethylene urea (Eu) and the third component. With no third component, the yield was lower; when the third component was dioxane (DOX), tetrahydrofuran or triphenylphosphine, the yield was significantly increased. The conductivity of Al-Eu-DOX catalyst has nothing to do with the activity of Al-Eu-DOX catalyst; the optimum value of Al / Eu molar ratio is 2. The hydrogen atom of> NH in Eu molecule reacts with Al to form compound (Ⅰ) Compound, which is the active center of the catalyst. Polyepichlorohydrin prepared by using Al-Eu-DOX catalyst is a white rubbery amorphous polymer with M_n of 7 × 10 -5-13 × 10-5. Properties of the vulcanizates were: tensile strength 17.5 MPa, elongation 360%, and hardness (Shore A) 78.
